The stay was exceptional. The food was delicious. The room was clean. Staff are friendly specially Mr.Mohammed at reception and Ms.Rawan public relations and housekeeping Mr.Mosaad. Taba is Safe, beautiful and charming. Egypt specially South Sinai is the land of peace and beauty.

The room have everything you need for a pleasant stay, large comfortable beds covered with special bedspreads that get made by themselves, and bathrooms that are clean and shiny. The pictures on the wall are always properly aligned, and everything always functions perfectly. The rooms are known for having terraces with views that are perfect for enjoyment. You sit on the wonderful terrace. Most of hotel staff members may always friendly and helpful which can make our experience enjoyable specially Ahmad and Mohammad.

the staff was fantastic, room keeper exceptional, diving was superb with Frank and Hassan coronation my activities for my wife and I. we enjoyed our stay so much, we are returning in Jul and September.

Such a cozy place for chilling out

We spent 8 fabulous nights at the Tropitel Dahab Oasis and loved it. The room was spacious and clean with a balcony overlooking the pool and sea. The hotel is situated on the outskirts of Dahab which is a great location because it’s peaceful and relaxing. Breakfast was delicious with a wide choice of food. Lunch and dinner are also very good. The hotel staff are excellent, especially Islam at reception and the dining room staff. We definitely want to return.

Everyone and everything was exceptional. Never thought Egypt would have an actual all-inclusive resort like other countries. The staff was amazing and made sure all the people staying at the resort were happy no matter what. The slides were amazing, the food was exceptional, the beach was amazing with all the sea life. I went with a group of 23 guests and got 7 rooms, so this had me a little worried if anything might happen or go wrong but the staff made everything smooth and perfect at check-in. Big THANK YOU to all people who work in the hotel. I never had such a good service than in Sultan Gardens. The whole experience is created by a million little things which make a difference. Staff is nice and friendly. We had a vacation with 2 yo child and everyone in the hotel tried to help us and showed a lot of flexibility. Hotel upgraded our room because we asked for a quiet room. We did not even ask for an upgrade! They gave us transfers from the airport and back, all of the employees were supportive when our child got sick. We planned to spend vacation with my mom and aunt together in Sultan Gardens but my grandma got Covid just before the trip. Obviously my mom and aunt cancelled the trip. Soon my grandma passed away. Insurance refused to cover travel costs. Sultan Gardens was so kind that they agreed to return reservation costs which makes them so empathetic ! Thank you very much for everything!

Location is great, just in front ir Tiran Island. View is amazing. Staff is helpful and always trying their best. Food variety, all kind of kitchen. Waiter Soliman Ahmad provides best service. Always helpful and nice.

This was our 3rd visit here. So we would not have come if : the place, the setting, the staff, the feeling, the service, etc were not perfect. I could nominate some of our long lasting friends such as Mr Motawea, Chef Mohamed from Nora or Felucca, Mrs. Dinah from PoshClub and so forth but my poor memory in names will just fail to deliver the thanks and honors owed to ALL staff members. So if you consider Sharm el Sheikh come to this place (and upgrade to PoshClub if you can afford 😜). PoshClub gives you extra pampering (we are very happy with 🥳) but the standard service is outstanding anyway. Food is very good, many a-la-carte restaurants included in AI plan, kids club and night shows, pools, foam parties and many others. Beautiful house reef accessible from the jetty. Sandy beach with good beach service (drinks, towels)

Charmillion Club Aquapark employees are very friendly. When we arrived at the hotel at night, Reception Abdurrahman helped us with the room, during our stay, housekeeping Yasin Hassan cleaned our room carefully every day and made beautiful decorations with towels. Also housekeeping Khaled Jebir always completed our room. The waiters in the restaurant joked with my naughty son and Ahmet Anwerin's service was impeccable. Ms. Tatiana in guest relations gave us information about the region during our stay and made good suggestions. On the day of our departure, Reception Abdurrahman helped us to check out late and made a great gesture to my family by offering us lunch and dinner. The hotel is wonderful and there is a wonderful smell when you enter, a peaceful atmosphere. By the way, since my wife is gluten free, our chef in the restaurant offered great suggestions and dishes with unique delicious food. The staff is very helpful, friendly and attentive to their work, I thank them all individually. I plan to spend my next vacation here again without children. Best regards Yüce Tuncer
