Breakfast was varied, both full English and continental. Lots to choose from and pastries were yummy. Not too far from Gorey harbour and the castle, beautiful. A short 5 mins walk to the nearest bus stop where you can hop on a bus either way, they run every 10mins. Best to get a bus pass from bus station in St helier. They come in 1,2,3 or 7 day passes, (unlimited travel).
Jersey reminds me of England 30 years ago, tranquil, everyone is really friendly. Food is great and pace of life is more relaxed. Definitely coming back for another visit.

We loved everything about this property Greenhills Country Hotel - the warm welcome, the staff, the location, the room, the bar, restaurant, the food, the decor - all top quality. We were allocated a room and parking space so we were able to charge our Tesla. It was a beautiful location - rained mostly so we didn’t get photos. Would definitely return to this one and recommend it!

Near to castle, fabulous beach, local supermarket/convenience shop, good bus route options.
Not a wide selection of family restaurants/ options in the village (except for a place called The Ranch which had good range of food options and portions were HUGE).

Used our car some days. Parking at the hotel limited, but there was on street parking nearby.

Quiet and relaxing. No tat shops or arcades. No entertainment but easily within a 25 mn bus ride away from St. Helier the capital.
Just a wide expanse of sand and sea with a castle at the end.
Eateries within walking distance serving all tastes and a Morrisons corner shop in the village.
Everywhere clean and smart looking.

We made a pilgrimage to the birthplace of Harry Vardon and needless to say Grouville gripped us.Unfortunately the Royal Golf Club did not make us welcome but this did not surprise me since most golf clubs with a Royal warrant do not have disabled facilities. If you examine the statue of Harry Vardon at the entrance you will notice that Harry is giving visitors the finger .
The hotel is lovely and spotlessly clean . The staff are really friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very nice and plenty of it. A variety of foods were available. Tea making facilities were always available in our room. I liked the location, the hotel is off the main road and very quiet.
There is a nice big dining room where you can eat takeaways etc, and a comfy lounge with a tv . Also a games room .
The sea is within a short walking distance of the hotel but not in view from the hotel.
Pool was lovely especially when they found the key to open the doors directly into the garden. Breakfast very nice , staff absolutely fantastic and so helpful. Just only one note, there wasn't a safe in the room which would be handy for the passports, Gardens beautiful and so peaceful, relaxation. I would have though the hotel was at least 4 star very surprised to find out only rated 3.
Great location. Staff was so caring and very helpful especially Dianna . Hotel and rooms very clean. Lawn area for relaxing on the property was lovely . The view from our room was incredible!
Breakfast was lovely, filling and
Dinner delicious! Pool and Sauna a absolute treat. Bar area and service top notch! Highly recommend!! From BC , Victoria on Vancouver Island, Canada
Location is amazing , next to a good golf course , the sea is 2 mins walk from the hotel , good walks along the beach. Buses run between the hotel and Gordy which has a few restaurants and lovely harbour . Ot if you like to walk is only 1 mile along the coast perfect location . This was a business trip but will be coming back for a holiday.
The hôtel is situated in a nice small village, with welcoming shops and small restaurants - it's easy to walk to the beach and to the port, surrounded by a nice castle, interesting to visit. The breakfast, typically English, was tasty, well prepared and the staff was welcoming. We enjoyed a lot staying there.
Location, clean bright rooms, updated bathrooms, full breakfasts, and fantastic staff. Not much interaction with the front desk, but the people that take care of the hotel are lovely. The TV lounge and the dining lounge for dining in with take away food are very nice extras.
From the moment we got there we were treated very well, I cannot fault anything with this hotel, very impressed with the staff, super friendly, and the breakfast was first class!
Weldone. 👍👏👏👏😉
The staff here were incredibly helpful and insightful. Great tips and info provided for surrounding area. Room was very comfortable and hotel was close in proximity to lots in the immediate area....
Excellent hotel, food nice chefs know what they are doing. Having seen several hotel that we'd previously looked at on line they were nothing like as good as Beausite.
The hotel was very well looked after and also very clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool was great to use. Beds were comfy. Rooms were a good size.
