The staff on reception were very friendly. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and there were plenty of white fluffy towels. I was amused by the fire instructions on the back of the bedroom door. In case of a fire I was supposed to try and put it out myself with an appropriate fire extinguisher. Goodness knows where they were as the hotel has a labyrinth of corridors going up and down.

The apartment is very cozy. Very pictouresque location. The building is very authentic. We loved a wooden staircase, hardwood floors and window frames. Very easy and smoot check in and check out. Host was available all the time and answered a questions promptly, great communication.
