Beautiful city offering quick access to Old Quebec city via Ferry which was very affordable and excellent way to visit the city daily. It is very hilly, as is old quebec, therefore people with mobility issues will have difficulties. Comfortable walking shoes are a must. Thete is also a lot of one way streets therefore a GPS is highly recommended. There are many sights to see and many restaurants all of walking distance. Overall very great way to visit quebec.

Just after you confirmed my room the motel called me to tell me you made a mistake. I was supposed to have a room in the renovated half of the motel, but they were putting me in the old part.
The room was extremely small & the bathroom and the carpeted floor were disgusting. If you can't be sure to book a renovated room I wouldn't recommend staying at this motel

Cleanliness 4/10, pool 3/10, Hot tub 1/10, towels in pool area 1/10, bet comfort 1/10. Given they were fully booked, the hotel was very overpriced, the hot tub was dangerous only one jet was working, and the electrics of the hot tub exposed to children in a wet pool area.... not safe!

Levis provides a perfect location to not only visit Quebec...
Levis provides a perfect location to not only visit Quebec City but to explore this side of the river. Need to be aware that a great deal of walking hills is required. Some good restaurants but they don't open until 9am and they close at 5 or 6. Many are closed both Monday and Tuesday.
The property was clean and right off the hwy. The bagged breakfast was good enough, no complaints there under the circumstances. The only issue was that we were on the first floor and the floors seem paper thin above us, sounded like people were stomping back and forth all night. Obviously nothing the hotel can do about that, however if I were to stay here again and I would if I was travelling through again, I definitely would only stay on the stop floor.
We were travelling from New Brunswick to Montreal and wanted to visit Quebec City without travelling into the city. The hotel is located just off the motorway and is a short, very easy drive down to the port to catch the ferry across. Perfect! The staff were very welcoming. The room was large, comfortable and clean. Lovely bathroom. Loads of parking and a restaurant just across from the hotel. The breakfast was very good.
We booked this hotel as a quick stop on our drive from Toronto to New Brunswick and we were very pleasantly surprised! The hotel was clean and quiet, the outdoor spa looked great and the rooms were clean and modern with USB plugs everywhere! To top it off, we were surprised that they had FREE EV charging which was very helpful for our PHEV vehicle. Definitely recommend this hotel!
The Comfort Inn at Levis was ideal for our stop overnight en route to NB and Nova Scotia. Many thanks to Samuel in Reception who was friendly and helpful. His Restaurant reco opposite was ideal too. Our room and ensuite were very clean, with a comfy bed/pillows. Great breakfast in a friendly atmosphere. Thank you.
The hotel is beautiful and well-kept. The location is perfect for visiting Quebec city as the ferry is a 15-minute walk away from the Auberge. The staff was extremely welcoming and responsive to any needs. All of the facilities are kept spotless. The breakfast was very affordable and basic.
Location was excellent! It is an easy drive from Toronto. The view from our room was picturesque . You can see the Hotel Frontenac across the river in the distance. Food at the local
Restaurant, Le Corsair was delicious and service was top notch. It’s an excellent way to see Quebec City!
We were on the road heading out to eastern Canada and decided to stop for a night in Quebec City and do some discovery. We wanted something just off the highway to make getting going in the morning quicker. The hotel was newer, clean and in excellent condition.
Place is rather nice, not very big, 2 stories, so it was easy to access our room at the other side of the hotel even though there was no elevators. Probably would have a little bit annoying with suitcases, but wasn’t out case, so it was fine.
Great room with a balcony overlooking the pool. Very friendly staff and nice breakfast. Great location near highway and ferry to Quebec City. Would definitely recommend this hotel
Very cozy house with all the amenities and old time charm. Spectacular view of Quebec city with easy access to the ferry and bike path. Communication with the host is very easy.
The hotel was wonderfully updated. The room size was huge. And the bonus part here is that they have Smart TV. We will consider this hotel again if we go back to Quebec City.
Excellent staff and the hotel is super clean. Close to Costco and highway. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
