I arrived at the property having had a really challenging day. I was really unwell and my credit was having a problem getting money out. I was welcomed in and cared for in such a kind and caring way by Mustafa the Manager. Medicine was arranged for me and he organised and paid for a takeaway dinner for me as their kitchen had closed for the day. I have a background I tourism so I feel qualified to say Mustafa is one of the most talented hosts I have come across in my travels. He ensures the place is a quiet restful space with exceptional ambiance music and makes himself available to have a chat and help out during your stay, always with a super friendly smile. His pride of his country and his people is really evident. My stay was exceptional. Thank you Mustafa

Set in the heart of Marrakech, this boutique hotel features suites with private bathroom, a spa and a restaurant. The reception is open 24 hours and free Wi-Fi is available in the entire property. Riad Zoraida is a lovely riad with a gorgeous courtyard and most beautilly decorated rooms. Natasha and JP are excellent hosts and staff is most courteous. Riad Zoraida also arranged my car and driver and trips in Marrakesh, Meknes and Fes which all went smooth.

Fantastic service, so friendly and helpful. The staff was very keen on making us to feel safe when visiting Marrakech, giving us advice and guiding us where to go. They had arranged with a driver from the airport that also took us to our rental car agency the next day. Our room was also fabulously decorated when we arrived.
